PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed, and customers will be notified accordingly.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING AND TIMEFRAMES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-4 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Jadeh Heels currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. All International Shipping is via DHL Express, estimated delivery times are from 2 to 14 business days from dispatch.

ORDER TRACKING 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to be updated. Before you confirm your order, please double check your shipping details and the sizes are correct. If your item is Returned to Sender due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by yourself, you may be liable for additional postage costs. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Unfortunately, Jadeh Heels are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with your local carrier. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team (details below).
